6. Instructor Content Rights

Instructors who contribute content to the platform retain their underlying intellectual property rights in the materials they create. By publishing content through the platform, instructors grant Zenvarian Flow the rights necessary to host, display, and deliver that content to enrolled learners in accordance with the applicable instructor agreement.
