Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Zenvarian Flow platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain promotional benefits, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

By submitting any content to the platform, including comments, assignments, or forum posts, you grant Zenvarian Flow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services on the platform require payment. All applicable fees are displayed at the point of purchase. Zenvarian Flow reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon renewal of any subscription or at the start of a new billing cycle.

By providing payment information, you authorise Zenvarian Flow to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

6.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refund requests should be submitted to help@rylaloo.com within the applicable refund window.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your purchase, except where Zenvarian Flow is legally required to collect and remit such amounts directly.

12.1 By Zenvarian Flow

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@rylaloo.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

Zenvarian Flow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
